This Privacy Policy explains how the LullaBaby mobile application, listed on the App Store as “Baby Sleep: White Noise, Shush” (the “App”), handles information. LullaBaby is an offline-first baby sleep sound, sound-mixing, timer, night-light and bedtime-routine tool for parents and caregivers.
The App is operated by Oğuz Tonyalı (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. No Account or Backend Required
LullaBaby does not require you to create an account or sign in. Its core sounds, mixes, timers, routines, night mode and sleep-log features work locally on your device. The App does not use a custom backend to upload or synchronize your baby profile, saved routines or sleep records.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
The App may store the following information locally on your device:
- Onboarding status and free-feature usage counters.
- An optional baby name and selected age range.
- Favorite sounds, the most recently played item and playback preferences.
- Saved sound mixes, volume levels, bedtime routines and routine steps.
- Timer, fade-out, background-audio, night-mode and haptic settings.
- Sleep-log entries you choose to create, which may include start and end times, duration, a selected mood, the sound or mix used and any notes you enter.
This information is stored using Apple-provided local storage on your device. We do not receive it and it is not sent to RevenueCat. Because it remains local, we cannot view, recover or remotely delete it.
3. Audio and Device Permissions
LullaBaby plays audio files bundled with the App and may continue playback while the App is in the background or the device is locked. Playback information may appear in Apple’s system media controls.
The App does not record audio, access the microphone, camera, contacts, photos, precise location or HealthKit. It does not listen to your baby or act as a baby monitor.
4. Purchases and Subscription Information
LullaBaby Pro subscriptions are purchased through Apple’s App Store and managed with RevenueCat. Apple processes payment details. We do not receive or store your full payment-card information.
To offer, validate and restore subscriptions, RevenueCat may process an anonymous App user identifier, device and operating-system information, product identifiers, purchase receipts, transaction history, subscription status, renewal or expiration information and the last time the App contacted its service. We do not intentionally send the optional baby name, age range, sleep logs, notes, saved mixes or bedtime routines to RevenueCat.
5. Support Communications
If you contact us, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, message, screenshots and technical details relevant to your request. We use this information only to respond, troubleshoot, protect the App and keep necessary support records.
6. How We Use Information
Information handled by the App is used to remember your preferences, play and mix sounds, run timers, save routines and sleep logs, apply free or Pro feature limits, validate subscription access, restore purchases, provide support, prevent abuse and comply with legal or App Store obligations.
7. No Advertising, Sale or Cross-App Tracking
LullaBaby does not contain third-party advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs. We do not sell personal information and do not use information from the App to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
8. When Information Is Shared
We share information only as needed with Apple and RevenueCat for App Store distribution, purchases, subscription management and restoration; with service providers needed to answer a support request you initiate; or where required by law, legal process, safety or the protection of rights. We do not share locally stored baby-profile, routine or sleep-log content because the App does not transmit that content to us.
9. Retention and Deletion
Local App information remains on your device until you change it, reset it where an in-App control is available or delete the App. Removing the App generally removes its local data, subject to Apple device backup and restore behavior.
Apple and RevenueCat retain purchase and subscription records according to their own legal, fraud, accounting and operational requirements. Support messages may be kept as reasonably necessary to answer your request, maintain records and comply with law.
10. Children’s Privacy
LullaBaby is designed for use by parents and caregivers, not for independent use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Any optional baby information entered by an adult remains stored locally on that adult’s device and is not transmitted to us.
11. Security
We limit the App’s data handling and use Apple’s platform protections and encrypted network connections for subscription requests. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. International Processing
Apple, RevenueCat or support providers may process purchase, technical or support information in countries other than your own. Their handling is governed by their policies and applicable data-protection requirements.
13. Your Choices and Rights
You can choose not to enter a baby name or sleep-log notes, remove local entries, change App settings, manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account and delete the App. Depending on your location, you may also have rights concerning personal information held in support or subscription records. Contact us to make a request. We may need enough information to verify and process it.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, our providers or legal requirements change. We will update the “Last updated” date when we do. Material changes may also be communicated in the App or App Store listing where appropriate.
